New Minehead networking breakfast aims to unlock local talent and business growth

Southwest legal firm Amicus Law is launching Connects Minehead networking group to boost collaboration across West Somerset, with the first event set for Wednesday 14 January from 8:30 am to 10:30 am at The Beach Hotel, Minehead.

The new monthly business breakfast networking group is aimed at strengthening connections across West Somerset’s business and professional community. Amicus Law Connects Minehead has been created to address a gap in local networking opportunities, providing a welcoming space for collaboration, idea-sharing and community-led growth.

The inaugural event takes place on Wednesday 14 January 2026 at The Beach Hotel, Minehead, from 8:30am to 10:30am. The relaxed morning format combines informal networking with breakfast, encouraging meaningful conversations between local business owners, professionals, employees and community champions who are invested in the future of the area.

The event is open to anyone who works in, runs a business in, or actively supports West Somerset. The group aims to nurture long-term relationships that benefit the local economy and wider community.
